Within Temptation - popular musical band from the city of Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 1996 guitarist Robert Vesterholtom and vocalist Sharon den Adel. Music is often described as symphonic metal or Gothic metal, though in interview Sharon expressed, that they consider themselves as the group playing symphonic rock, and don't concern to a gothic style.
