In Los Angeles, the psychopath Doug stalks the sexy Latin woman Amy is a park and follows her. Later he breaks in her apartment and bugs it with surveillance cameras, learning her taste in movies, rock bands and books, and uses the collected information to approach to her in a cafeteria. Doug becomes Amy's best friend helping her in situations created by him, and when her friend Jen suspects of him, he kills her. The lonely and vulnerable Amy gets closer to Doug, now alone with her.

Plot: As he plans his next job, a longtime thief tries to balance his feelings for a bank manager connected to one of his earlier heists, as well as the FBI agent looking to bring him and his crew down.

Dre's feelings for Mei Ying are seen by Cheng (Zhenwei Wang) the class bully who is out to stop it. Cheng puts Dre to the ground with ease using his Kung Fu training. Dre doesn't have a chance using the little karate that he knows, and Cheng proves it the next time he sees Dre. Dre is getting beaten badly when Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) the maintenance man, secretly a Kung Fu Master, stops the fight. Dre persuades Mr. Han to teach him Kung Fu.
